Who we are

What we collect
When you send a quote request: your name, phone number and/or email, your flight details (where you are flying from and to, dates, number of passengers, cabin and airline preferences) and anything you add in the notes box.
When you send a message through our contact form: your name, phone and/or email, and your message.
When you book: the details needed to issue your tickets, such as passenger names exactly as on their passports, dates of birth and passport details, and payment information.
How we use it
To price your trip and come back to you by phone, WhatsApp or email; to make and manage your booking and issue your tickets and ATOL documentation; to take payment; to answer your questions; and to meet our legal and accounting obligations.
We do not sell your information and we do not send marketing to people who haven't asked for it.
Our legal basis
We use your information to respond to your request and to carry out a booking with you (contract), to meet legal obligations such as accounting and record-keeping, and where we have a legitimate interest in running and protecting our business, such as preventing spam and fraud.
Who we share it with
Airlines, ticketing and booking systems, payment providers and other suppliers, only so far as needed to deliver your booking.
Website form providers: when you send a form on this site, it is delivered to us through Web3Forms, a form-handling service that passes the message on to our email. Our website is hosted by a third-party hosting provider.
Where a supplier is outside the UK, for example an airline abroad, your details are passed on so your trip can go ahead.
Cookies
At the time of writing this site does not use advertising or analytics cookies. Our Contact page shows an embedded Google Map, which may set its own cookies when it loads. If we add other tools we will update this page and ask for your consent where the law requires it.
How long we keep it
We keep quote enquiries for as long as is needed to deal with them, and booking records for as long as the law requires us to keep accounting and travel records. After that they are deleted or anonymised.
Your rights
You can ask us to see the personal information we hold about you, to correct it, to delete it where we are not legally required to keep it, to restrict or object to how we use it, or to give you a copy. To do any of these, email

If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at
ico.org.uk. We would appreciate the chance to put things right first.
Security
We take reasonable steps to protect your information. Please do not send full card numbers by email or through the website forms.
